I am delighted to share my first book with you - Skin Deep Submission! I've had a passion for writing my whole life, and I'm really happy that I've been able to translate that love into this book.
Skin Deep Submission looks at the story of Jason and Alice, two young lovers from different worlds and importantly different racial backgrounds. I wanted to tell this story because of the interesting dynamics that come with interracial relationships, particularly when one person is Black and the other White. The cultural and societal challenges can be difficult to navigate and this is compounded by historic and present day racial tensions that are sadly persistent.
This story not only examines the journey Jason and Alice undergo together, but equally their own personal dilemmas and reflections, as they explore what it takes to succeed in a modern day interracial relationship.
I hope people enjoy the story and find it entertaining, but also gain some insight into the worlds of people like Jason and Alice. Love is rarely easy, but hopefully it's worth the fight.
